Don't worry too much about the economics of this first deal that you sign, but do not sign a long term agreement. Try to put tears in place for whatever type of arrangement that you have, so that as you scale, you get cheaper pricing. And then lastly, i would just try to focus on, what are the things that can make your experience unique?
