Omonh rhavin: What drove you to become a scientist, and specifically, what drove you to study calol restriction in human? Omonh Rhavin: I started out doing clusteral metabolism during my phd. At mc gill, and then when i went to uc berkeley, m i went there to study calory restriction. And am alternate day fasting is when people basically have 500 calories one day, and then they alternate that with a dayof, like, eating whatever they like.
