If you're traveling or there's some event like party or or some kind of thing happening, generally people are not ending it at 10 30 Right. I mean it would have to end at like nine or eight 30 and then I go to see you know, I have to come back home Do whatever and then prepare for bed. Uh, that's definitely healthier. But the thing is that I woke up the next day a little bit tired so I had a little bit less sleep because of the alcohol but still fully functional just alittle bit tired. So I It's class doesn't exception not the rule and I don't stress about the exception as long as the exception doesn't become the rule
