Yoga - Do You Have a Balanced Knee?
I don't do everything the same on both sides, yesra. I have no ankle or knee control onoa us ike ye. So sometimes that's like, that might mean i do the same side twice because there's no moinin in doing the other ather side. Or i canti, just can't do it like atripose is, i stink it balancing on my pathetic side. My whol day is spent 70% on one side and 30% on the other. But how can we, how can we? It's a vaever evolving thing of how can we make this better on so i can get some benefit out of it on the second side?
