Is There a Relationship Between Meditation and Pain?
I've been thinking a lot about the question of pain and suffering. And one thing I've noticed about pain, whether it's in meditation or auto meditation, is that it seizes attention pretty much directly. It does seem to have benefits for intentionality, right? Which is, you know, as an off the cushion, you can kind of maybe focus more or, or you just have more sort of awareness on your own.
