I think we have to separate out the adaptions of, of team resistance from hypertrophy. I really don't think that they're kind of need to be or can be kind of treated in the same way. So if you're doing sets of 15, you're going to get some fatigue resistant adaptations as well. But it's not really changing the stimulus. It's just allowing you to get out and go and do something else earlier. We could have said this one pretty very little.
