Some people get really good gains training twice a week. Get a guy like Chris Hemsworth, obviously a few supplements in that bad boy. But he lists very high volume, like super light, super high volume. On some movements. Sick fuck. That's a painful rep,. But it's a lower chance of injury. He's lifting really light. Yeah.
