How Does Light and Sleep Affect the Microbiome?

Sleep does seem to have a lack of sleep since we're problematic. For a diversity perspective, I think it was less than seven hours sleep, tended to do an issue of microbiome diversity. Less than that disrupts that ecosystem and leads to an increase of protein bacteria. Once again, which is what you don't really want.
