Is There Really an Interference Effect?
i'm not super convinced there actually is a true interference effect at the molecular level. If if there is one, it might just be a side effect of specificity for training at different velocities. The data over all is not clear on their actually being an interference effect. So i think it really does just come down to resource management. While those molecular effects might just be the observed effects of what happens when you do really poor programm. Y, sure.
