You Don't Need an Opinion About Everything
There's a Marcus Aurelius quote that says you don't need to have an opinion about everything. I wish we would take that into practice. Meditation is supposed to be not, can you think about nothing? That's not what meditation is. It's where you live in the present moment with open-mindedness and non-judgment. And then the chatter goes away because the chatter is essentially like an annoying toddler living your head.
