Gregg: I've got a history of back problems actually. When i tried some of the really high frequency stuff more recently, i did hurt my back and that's why i fell off the wagon. It was cause i was an idiot and thought i was stronger than i am,. But in any case, when i was doing really, i was squatting, like, four or five days a week, my back has never felt better. He says he wouldn't recommend it for people who have concurrent strength in hypertrophy goals.
