How to Reduce Loneliness and Stress

There's no magical tool to reduce stress, it's you have to select one or two and just keep doing them every day. And then over time, not only will our vulnerability to chronic stress diminish, but will also be able to use other tools more successfully. We're now going to do some parod muscle relaxation so that we can hopefully release some of the low levels or moderate levels of stress that build up in life. Only I have to sit here and try to meditate while on screen. The rest of you have permission to find a super comfortable spot.
