If I could choose one, if I was a DTC brand, I would protect my SMS list above all else because it's just a bigger in your face channel. If they gave you their phone number then that's a really good sign that there's intent. And email, it can get in the promotions tab. There's so many brands emailing every single day. So for me, SMS is always on channel that when I'm dropping,. I expect most of my revenue to come from SMS if the list is of equal size to email and converts at a higher per dollar rate.
