Is Critical Power a Good Profile?
A critical metabolic rate, which we had gone back and forth on va ema and on micolets, not modality specific. If i could have critical power on the varying modalities, to say that includes like critical power on a lift as well, i think that would just give you so much precision with training. And it give you the ability to predict performance in a way that something like vio two maxcant. That's definitely the one i would take, if it could only be one.
