How to Structure a Deal

There's quite a decent size of what I'd call acquisition entrepreneurship investors. They're typically business owners themselves or have sold before, and they like the mentorship angle that it plays. And then a portion of seller financing or deferred or however you call that, I think it's cheap financing,. That's the reality. But also it's a way to keep the seller skin in the game. So maybe manage risk. There probably is deals that get done with £1, but that's a very distressed deal where you're taking on a lot of risk.
