I Love Lamb, but I Don't Like Lamb That's Done in the Middle Way.
Lamb fat is superdelicious. I just don't love it outside of that, you know. One of my favorite things to do in in china is to go get lamb skewers,. Just coated in all kinds of fuck and cumin salt, fennel seed. That's one of the best snacks. And there's something about that asnatous nestalgia. Its great.
