Plant Protein Is Better for You Than Animal Protein

Eating more plant protein is likely to raise IGF-1 less than animal protein. There's an association between IGF-1 and mortality, but it's by no means sort of concrete. If you can eat more protein and keep your IGF-1 levels down, it's probably a sensible idea until we know more.
