Using a Late Propulsive Strategy to Promote Shape Change

People that have a lot of superficial muscle activity and they get compressed front to back Immediately they gain expansion anterior to posterior by putting somebody on their side. And then like I said gravity pushes down that gives us a mushy spot on the ground And that allows us to promote shape change. So let's just say That we were trying to move somebody into a late propulsive strategy, which would be an externally rotated representation With a superimposition of internal rotation from the top down. We tend to do a lot of things in our own way so again, this is a great way for people to understand how to not do that.
