Stoicism is an ancient Greek scope philosophy. It's founded in 301 BC by a guy called Zeno of Satyun who wasn't actually Greek, he was finishing. And it teaches a moral world view. People throughout the ages have associated stoic philosophy with psychological resilience. Stoicism is the main philosophical inspiration for the leading modern evidence based form of psychotherapy.
