If your partner's in a defense place, can you take some breaths? Can you bring theiht? Can we take a break? And to know that that break is actually to come, not to load your arsenal. Most of our examples of story following state have been scary. But i don't think hat we are thinking that we're in threat. I don't think we think we're in danger. Our bodies are just kind of like the push off of the hands. That person's not thinking, i don't like that. They just, their hand flies up and pushes it off. So i cannot feel that. Im defence.
