There was a significant difference in the measure called disinhibition. The diet brake group, they actually had lowered their inhibition scores. They were less likely to overeat in the presence of highly palatable food. But the other group, te continuous group, they increased their disinhibition scores. Which means that they were more likely to over eat in the Presence of those foods.
