Compassion Is Trying to Understand Someone's Experience

Ampathy is seeking to understand some one else's experience, even when it differs from your own. And putting your own opinion of it aside. Compassion also comes through as an action. You see someone who is cold, and you put a blanket around them,. Like i, i think of that as compassion. Someone is hungry, and you give them food, andou, you know, you help them with that. A ampathy is different. We're talked about with sympathy, em when you say, i'm sorry, baabla, right? This happened to you, you're centring yourself. But the point is to understand their perspective on what they are going through -
