"I beat down any sort of anxiety or stress from the day before with a fat smile," he says. "If anybody's listening, you want to see if it works? I would challenge you to tomorrow morning, wake up, smile from ear to ear, power through the uncomfortability and in about 10 seconds in, go from a smile to a regular face." He adds that his ideal situation is five out of seven days on the weekends.
