It is the most difficult component of EQ to master but once you do you get that final stage that final step which is where ideas of leadership and influence really come into it. Relationship management regulates other people so in this final stage you know how to develop and maintain good relationships. You can inspire and influence others and you can manage their emotions and needs because you understand them.
