Rep chasing is basically you're just trying to do more of whatever it is. And for me, and a lot of other times, i've seen this where you sacrifice quality for quantity. The calisthenic rut is the mind set where we think of doing like a push up in a pull up and a squat a very particular way. I should have taken approach more of like, hear the fundamental movements and exercises now so i can rest and recover and make progress.
