I've Done My First 100k and I'm a GB, Just Athletically Gifted Weapon

I was blown away by Lucy Davis' time, I haven't done my first 100k last year. The main thing is to try and fight up against the feelings of the sort of come down. But don't be hard on yourself if that day isn't the day. If you've done your best and done what you could that day, that's all you could do that day. It took me a full month after the peak of the kelpman - with all the foresight in the world -- to get back into training.
