Getting Rid of the Silos in Marketing

Robert: I think this is something that us as a team and plan of, we talk about pretty often. People have different goals that don't really line up to the whole marketing goals or the company. What do you think of someone that is a campaign manager? Robert: A professional cat herder is always a good person to have on you if you're able to do that. It may not completely break down the silos, but it at least helps you work more effectively in your organization.
