Sodium is like the one we hear most about and ultimately they're just salts like that are essential for your body. You do lose electrolytes through sweating, through urine, through diarrhea and vomiting which is why sometimes if you're sick like maybe someone looking after you will be like have a Gatorade because you're like vomiting or getting rid of too many of these electrolytes. Well what is your relationship with something like Gatorade? Oh my god. I was like to me it's Coca-Cola. But in general they are like salts in your body that help to keep balance of systems like of nerves like you said.
