The Power of the Press Release Process
I like the idea that you have different types of product managers, some who are more technical and some who are less technical. You get a product manager that fits the type of product you're going to build. The press release process is a really simple pattern that has massive value. We forget that data is as valuable as the app half the time. And if the whole business requirements doc and tech doc and the BRD is quite a lot of documentation up front, which surprised me, not what I expected. It's looking at the big moving parts and go, are we going to do that? Are we not?"
