What Would Be Your Advice to an Owner of a UPS Store?
I've been a customer of the u p s store for about 16 years now. Before one says, but they weren't around 16 years ago. So what would be your advice to an owner of a u pS store? How can we be more customer centric? I would say, shop your competitors. Be a mystery shop. And then ask yourself, which one would i buy from? If you're thinking it, probably every single person who's passed through those doors is thinking the same thing.
