After 15 years of being a pretty quantitative person, I don't know if you had, if you were managing people or not. You actually felt yourself drawn to making management decisions and trying your hand at management. And also even if you're a technical person, at least in the space where I was, it's very different from software programming. It's not just managing people, but also determining the direction of how things, you know, evolve.
