The biggest thing that comes in is figuring out ways in which we can expose them to more maximal based plyometrics. We've probably built up more of the sub-maximal capacities. So if I can get them to be doing more things for height, more, you know, hops for speed, distance, that ultimately becomes my goal. The sub-alea athlete or the beginner, however you want to look at it, they're going to start with more general capacitybased plyometrics and realistically that shouldn't leave their program throughout the year. They'll have sprinklings of little bits of high intensity stuff but not as much as junior international athletes who are exposed to 65 per cent
