When he hit 39 recently, I'm like, okay, what am I going to try differently this time? So I bought a deck of blank playing cards and I wrote down on it, five or 10 things I want to be doing. And if I did those four things, then I could go to sleep knowing that if I didn't wake up the next morning, I gave it my best shot. Some of them are things like gratitude practice or breath work and meditation. There's these sort of broad concepts in part because there's multiple ways to feel like you've actually succeeded at doing it.
