I'm currently five weeks into a fat lost diet, and i'm doing hypertrophy training four days a week. This week i fell off. I think its from being depleted. One of the signs that you might be tapping in too deeply into your reserves is when you start finding yourself getting forgetful. A perhaps it is time for a d load and a few more calories.
