How to Set Yourself Up for Failure With ADHD
If your aim is to tidy the house by the end of the day, however much work you do, you will feel like a failure because that is one of those phases without an end. So here's what you could do. For example, say, I will stop myself from doing this only three times today and I'll mock them off. And if you manage that, it's a massive success. Even if you've done it 47 other times, it's three less. If you want to do it for no speaking, for example, one like, just practical to it is clear it all out in the shower. There is zero point.
