So I like to practice when the weather allows right out in front of the willow trees that are outside in my land where I live here. Sometimes I practice inside, look at the two cold looking at the trees through the window. But I like to be natural like a willow tree. Just think of your stance being as natural as like the willow Trees, completely natural standing, that's how you are. Like you belong here. You don't have to prove yourself.
