Building Affiliation

The final idea i want to talk about in terms of following up and helping students to see the vallue, kind of helping them to buy into this project. Short of that, what can we do to build connections between between students and teachers? This is a really interesting question. I wan want to divert slightly totalk about wy right. Because part of one of my frustrations in teach development and in teaching more generally, is when we should have assumed that certain things are an aspect of a teacher's personality. And some teachers are just born teachers and kids will go tothe end of the earth for them,. But like most of us, aren't these paragons of virtue.
