I almost want to put a An I-Cal reminder to myself like twice a year to remind people about vitamin D because um, you know, when you've got the government I don't particularly like lots of what the government does with regards to nutrition. The list the list of supplements you're right Is like an ever never-ending list of supplementsYou just shouldn't bother with big like It's just there's just gone to be a new one tomorrow that I miss.
