Li: It's very easy to fall into the comparison trap of, well, so and so is able to run this many miles. You have to learn how to be flexible, but still train towards your goals. A study last year in leisure on mom gilt in mam's training for marathons showed that being able to train with other women really helped alleviate the mam gilt am. So i just, i always ran by myself. Motivation and accountability have never been a problem for me. But when i started running with other people, it just, all the positives of running were just completely amplified.
