sleep efficiency is the percentage of time you spend asleep while in bed. A lot of these devices tell you which stage of sleep you're in, and they are about like 90 % accurate for if you're asleep or awake. They use motion and heart rate data to estimate what's going on in your brain. Noadyo: I think i might actually need to look into these, ecause i assume that i'm sleeping well. But i can to tell you, i have these really, really intense dreams, like they almost feel like real life.
