How to Keep Meetings Small and Effective

Having too many people creates friction, but it just slows down the process so much. Try to keep those meetings as like small as possible and only decision makers should be there. If you're walking into room and there's like 20, 30 people, that's probably not a good sign. You got to close the deal very soon.
