How Do You Calculate Your Heart Rate?
If your heart rate doesn't lie there, it's generally not initial. We see so much natural genetic variation in heart rates. As long as you slow down some of your runs, this is ideal training. If they're hitting one 60 on their runs, totally fine. When we said 50 %, all our chaning shoud be really easy. Essentially, that means like 80 ish % of your latite threshold or easier.
