Dean Obeidallah: We did some sensory analysis, but we didn't do descriptive analysis. He says the goal of that is just is this an acceptable product? Like is there something terribly wrong with it? "We'll come back and look at the results to see whether spent hops can be used as a bittering addition," he says.
