On the fifth set of five, on the very last rep, i hear a pop in my back. And it was so crazy, cause there wasn't pain initially. Ah, it was just a pop. And then immediately i started to feel swelling in spine, like surrounding my spine. Just immediate inflammation around my spine and just this swelling that was pressing against my skin. From the next day on, for three years, if i sat down for too long, my back was excruciating pain. I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes properly. It was devastating.
