Paul Czech said when you eat something, you want to chew it so much that becomes liquid before you swallow it because it aids in that digestion. He was always someone I looked up to because he was so well read. When you eat too fast and your body needs help trying to digest it, your stomach goes in the overtime. It happens when you don't chew enough.
