The Importance of Understanding Fatigue Mechanisms
There is an absolute mountain of evidence on stuff on fatigue out there. Once you kind of understand these mechanisms, what we need to do in our training to reduce the amount of fatigue that's going to occur. They're both within the training section itself and in the days after. I'd also go one further and say the type of tigs that we want to focus on reducing our specifically the calcium homelative to you.
