Achilles tendonitus is one of the hardest to get under control once. It just has a very compromise blood ly as a different anatomy structure to it. Once it starts a kind of slide out of control, uns you really want to keep good control over that tendon. Do you see like, younger people getting it? Always ask so when someone says, my achilles hert or my heel hurts,. My heel meaning posterior, not planter. Those are the ones that you want to be very careful for a rupture. And i've heard it's like an old man thing, like above 30 is when we got ta worry about that.
