Do You Have a Meal Threshold for Carbs?

It really just depends on the person. For example, some people can have a little bit of carbs in than their craving carbs the whole day. Do you ever do any kind of meal permel er? Dyouw i haven't personally had that focus. I try to minimize any kind of insolen response. So i keep carbohydrates forty grams or less per meal. Some individuals would rather concentrate their cards into a single meal,. verses spreading them out through each of the meals.
