How to Make Better Peloton Art

The average power is pretty impressive well you know I keep thinking that the things maybe I'll be as calibrated as well as they might be but somebody put a youtube up of somebody calibrating their peloton and it seemed pretty good so who knows. It's nice to get a good workout and like today I did two minutes easy then four minutes harder and and I send it to work out did a nice ladder where you went each each of each of every of the four minute segments you went a bit faster at least every other every other one.
