The Power of Uncomfortableness

I was able to grow when I would bury myself. And if there's something about being in that hole where you just like gosh, you just, you learn a lot about yourself each time you go there. Like it's always like no, shut that door. It's like, let's just lock that box back up and took it away and never talk about that again. There's information I did not want to know and nobody else ever needs to hear about it. So there's, there's a voice that never needs to be repeated out loud. That's just going to be locked up here.
